We support Step Up's mission to empower girls to become confident, college-bound, career-focused, and ready to join the next generation of professional women. We do this through virtual mentoring and education sessions, as well as field trips, that inspire students to pursue future careers in hospitality. 

Since 2010, Southern Glazer's has committed a total of $1.1 billion and funded 168,749 scholarships through Step Up for Students tax credit scholarship program.

The Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, named for our founders, is ranked a Top 10 program among U.S. public universities and 35th in the world best school for tourism and hospitality. Students gain valuable experience by working for and collaborating with major global corporations. 

For 21 consecutive years, Southern Glazer's has served as the exclusive wine and spirits sponsor of the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One, which has raised nearly $32 million for the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Through annual donations from Southern Glazer's, the University of Miami Herbert Business School Distinguished Lecture Series connects students to some of the most respected business leaders in the U.S.
