Frequently asked questions
Once a contract is signed with a supplier, it typically takes about 60 days to approve, produce and install the creative work on a truck. Installation is only completed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Due to mileage leasing requirements, maintenance schedules, customer orders and other factors, we are unable to determine the exact route that a vehicle will take over the term of the contract. We can work with you to find trucks in metropolitan areas that meet your needs.
While costs continue to increase drastically across the industry, Southern Glazer’s continues to cover all production and installation costs for the truck wrap program from the annual payment and one-timer art and administrative fee.
The supplier will be billed in one lump sum once the contract is signed for 12 month contracts and will be billed in two annual billings for 24 month contracts.
The supplier has the option to renew their campaign, change their campaign, or move in a different direction.
Southern Glazer's has truck advertising in all open markets where we currently operate other than Alaska and Nebraska. We also have truck advertising in some control markets including the largest, Pennsylvania.

All creative design and development is handled by the supplier. Southern Glazer's will provide the necessary specs and other information for the supplier to use in developing the creative for the wraps. Since vehicles are reserved for suppliers once they sign their initial forms, Southern Glazer's requests that all artwork be provided no later than 2 weeks after the contract is signed in order to continue to reserve vehicles.
